• Usage Data: Interaction patterns with our website and software, feature usage, and session information
• Desktop Agent Data: Screenshots of your Fortnite game window captured for bus route analysis. These are processed and not permanently stored
• Settings & Preferences: Keybinds, tutorial progress, and other user-configured settings
• Payment Data: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly store your payment card details

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve our services, process your subscription and payments, sync your settings across devices, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and send marketing emails to non-subscribed or lapsed users (with opt-out available).

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Desktop Agent screenshots are processed in real time and are not permanently retained after analysis. Account data is stored for as long as your account is active and is deleted when you delete your account.

8. Marketing Communications

We may send email marketing to users who have not subscribed or whose subscriptions have lapsed. Every marketing email includes an opt-out button. We will never send marketing communications once you have opted out.

9. Age Restrictions

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to create an account and purchase a subscription. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
