What is a drop calculator?

A drop calculator is a tool for competitive Fortnite players. It calculates the fastest route to your drop spot. You just enter where you want to go and the bus route. The calculator will then calculate exactly when to jump from the bus and where to deploy your glider in order to land before anyone else. You will land before anyone using a regular drop map. Our calculator also beats every other calculator out there, proven by our users!

What happens if my drop spot is changed or gets removed?

Don’t worry—we guarantee your spot for 80 days (about one full season length) from the date of purchase! If your spot is removed sooner, you’ll receive store credit based on how many days are left.

For example, if removed after 40 days (halfway), you get 50% refunded as store credit.

What happens when the season changes?

Most likely nothing! Unless your drop spot was removed because of the season change. In that case, read the FAQ directly above this one.

If you are a Calculator + subscriber, you will continue to have instant access to the entire new map once we update the internal workings of the calculator
If you bought a drop map or calculator for a single spot, you will still have access to your drop spot. Drop maps will be automatically updated for free.

The season just changed, how long till I can use the Drop Calculator again?

The typical downtime for our tools is about 4-24 hours after the new season is out. However this number can vary significantly since our developers have to manually update serval internal workings in order to get it fully functional again. To get the most up-to-date answer, consider joining the Official DROP MAZTER Discord Server to get the newest updates about downtimes and other important news.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a free trials for both our Calculator + and single spot calculator products where you can test out the Drop calculator before you purchase.

Go to the /map page and click on any marker and then “Try Drop” to instantly try the drop a total of 5 times.

To activate the Calculator + 1 hour free trial, go to our Discord Server and into the #claim-trial channel. Here you can type /claim-trial to claim a 1 hour free trial. Make sure you have logged in here with the same Discord account as the one you use to claim the trial with.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds in most cases but we do offer free trials! If you have any doubts before buying, consider either trying it out for free first. Read the FAQ above this one for more information on free trials.
