1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Drop Mazter. By accessing or using our website, software, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Drop Mazter provides a dropmap calculator and optimization tools for Fortnite, including a web-based map interface and a Desktop Agent application that analyzes in-game bus routes to recommend strategic landing locations. Drop Mazter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to use a strong password, not share your account credentials with anyone, use the service respectfully and lawfully, and provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Refunds
Drop Mazter offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid subscriptions for premium features. A free trial period is available so you may evaluate the service before committing. No refunds are provided for subscription payments, as the free trial exists for evaluation purposes. If you cancel your subscription, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Dropmap Purchases
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, no refunds are provided for dropmaps once purchased. By purchasing a dropmap, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection law. Refunds may be provided for defective or corrupted dropmaps. Partial refunds may be issued for bundle packages where non-dropmap products (e.g., calculator access) are included.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, algorithms, and materials within Drop Mazter are the property of Drop Mazter. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our service without express written permission. Fortnite and all related assets are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our dropmap calculations and bus route analysis, we cannot guarantee optimal results in every scenario due to the inherent complexity of optimization problems. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to account actions taken by third-party game publishers. 8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent courts of Denmark.
