End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Drop Mazter ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the Drop Mazter Desktop Agent software application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA. This license does not grant you ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights therein.

3. Pricing & Access

The Software is offered as a free-to-use product with premium features behind a paid subscription. Core functionality is available at no charge, and a limited free trial period is available for premium features so you may evaluate the Software before subscribing. We reserve the right to modify pricing, feature availability, and trial terms at any time. No refunds are provided for subscription payments, as a free trial is available to test premium features before committing.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Software or any part thereof
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, authentication mechanisms, or paywall features
• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Use the Software in any manner that interferes with or disrupts third-party services, including but not limited to Epic Games' services

5. Third-Party Services & Game Policy Compliance

The Software interacts with third-party applications, specifically Fortnite by Epic Games. Drop Mazter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. The Software operates by capturing screenshots of your game client and analyzing visual data — it does not inject code, modify game files, or interact with game memory.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DROP MAZTER, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by any third-party service provider, including but not limited to Epic Games
• Loss of in-game progress, virtual items, currency, or any game-related assets
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damage to your computer system, hardware, or other software
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any consequences resulting from misuse of the Software

8. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Software is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the Software, including but not limited to any risk of damage to your device, loss of data, or adverse action taken against your accounts by third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drop Mazter, its owners, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Data Collection by the Desktop Agent

The Desktop Agent captures screenshots of your Fortnite game window for the purpose of analyzing bus routes and calculating optimal drop locations. Screenshots are processed locally on your device and/or transmitted to our servers for analysis. No screenshots are stored permanently after processing is complete. The Software communicates with Drop Mazter's web services to sync your settings and account data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices. Sections relating to Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

12. Modifications to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent courts of Denmark.
