User Responsibilities
- Use a strong password for your account.

- Do not share your account with others.
Subscription Details
- We do not offer refunds, but a free trial period is available.
- If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Dropmap Details
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, no refunds are provided for dropmaps once purchased. By purchasing a dropmap, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection law. Refunds may only be provided for defective or corrupted dropmaps.
Partial refunds can be issued for packages where part of the products are not a dropmap. These include the calculator and dropmap bundle for single locations.
Intellectual Property
While we do not have official copyrights or trademarks, we prohibit the theft of our code or materials.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We guarantee an accurate dropmap but cannot ensure it will always calculate the fastest route due to the nature of optimization problems.
